Access Christian Counseling is a private outpatient clinic offering a variety of services. Our team of licensed Christian therapists facilitate the healing process for spiritual, psychological, and emotional growth by combining biblically based principles with psychological concepts. They provide counseling to develop more effective coping skills for a wide variety of problems.

Dr. Capicchioni’s education and training includes:

• Doctoral Degree from Michigan School of Professional Psychology
• Master of Arts in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology from Michigan School of Professional Psychology
• Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Minor in Christian Thought

I believe that our mission as Christians and psychotherapists is to try to understand hurting people. We should speak the truth in love and kindness while working to establish meaningful Godly connections with our clients. By doing this, we foster a nurturing, safe environment. This environment creates a space to make the most of our clients' capacity for enjoyment and ownership of their own lives. 

Through this process, our clients learn to tolerate grief and limitations while leaning on God’s grace to make a way for their healing. We, as Christian Therapists, are to incubate change and growth under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, sharing one another’s burdens until the burden is lifted, knowing that God will always assist.
